Welcome to Tom Cavallo's Restaurant, located in the heart of New Hartford, New York, just a quarter mile south of Utica, at 40 Genesee St. We offer the perfect combination of great food, drink, and service in a relaxed, family oriented atmosphere.

Established in 1949, Tom Cavallo's Restaurant has become an area landmark, and has gone through many changes over the years, as it continues to do today. Along with the addition of Cavallo's Hava Cigar Bar, we are doing additional remodeling that includes a new kitchen, an open-air deck, and the expansion and refurbishing of the dining area.
